We’re very pleased to welcome Tom to Beldam Crossley as our new Head of Quality.
Tom joins us with 10 years’ experience in quality management across automotive, oil and gas, and aerospace manufacturing.
He began his career in the automotive sector, building a strong foundation in lean manufacturing, process improvement and customer-focused quality before moving into industries where precision, consistency and traceability really matter.
In his new role, Tom will help ensure quality is built into every stage of our manufacturing process, from material sourcing and production through to testing, inspection and final delivery.
For our customers, this means continued confidence in the products and services they receive from Beldam Crossley, supported by an even stronger focus on consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Tom said:

Tom is naturally drawn to detail, which is fortunate for someone leading quality. We are reliably informed that this attention to detail also extends to classic cars, where “that will probably do” is unlikely to be heard very often.
Outside work, Tom enjoys camping, hiking and mountain climbing, as well as spending time in the garage restoring and working on classic cars. It is a combination that suits his hands-on approach, love of engineering and enthusiasm for solving practical problems.
We’re delighted to have Tom on board and look forward to the experience, fresh thinking and customer focus he will bring to Beldam Crossley.
