Our Quality Team – Aerospace Quality
Our quality team have extensive and varied experience in Quality Control and Assurance within the industrial sealing and aerospace industry.
All are either certified AS9100 and ISO9001 auditors or lead quality auditors.
A number of our team are Certified Common Self Release Delegates and we have successfully operated a DSQR release system for several major aerospace primes for many years.
Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance of our product range. This includes engineered polymers, wire overbraid, wire braid, packings, jointings, gaskets, rubbers, skidways and slide bearings. Also, die press rings and composite assemblies for specialist applications.
What We Can Offer
- Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Systems to AS9100 and ISO9001 quality Standard requirements.
- Measurement using an Optical / Touch probe CMM, projector and a wide range of manual measuring equipment.
- First Article Inspection to AS9102 standard or to company-specific requirements (eg: eCAV or Net Inspect).
- Batch traceability and certification in accordance with BS EN 10204.
