We’re big fans of creativity here at Beldam Crossley and we like that this is no normal benefits package offering tiny discounts off things we rarely buy. Our people will now receive a monthly points allowance that they can spend on anything from coffee and sausage rolls to music streaming, gym membership and even counseling sessions.
We can also award extra points for brilliant performance and commitment – no doubt we’ll be doing a bit of that!
