Crossflon 1801 is black in colour and is a thermoplastic PTFE based material that is virtually 100% chemically inert except for fluorine and molten alkali metals. This material is non-ageing and possesses extremely low surface friction values when sliding against most materials. Crossflon® 1801 has been developed as an anti-static version of PTFE with similar properties to unfilled grades.
All Beldam Crossley products are manufactured to an incredibly high standard. To do this, we manufacture from two locations based in the northern part of the UK. We operate to international global standards including BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO AS 9100.
