Our filled PTFE is inert to virtually all solvents, acids, alkalis and cleaning agents. It maintains full performance during CIP/SIP cycles and high-intensity washdowns — without swelling, softening or degrading.
PTFE is naturally non-tainting, non-reactive and non-absorbent. It will not leach additives, shed particles or absorb media, protecting your batch integrity and meeting stringent hygiene standards.
With an ultra-smooth, non-porous surface, PTFE eliminates microbial harbourage and resists residue build-up. Perfect for environments governed by GMP, FDA, EU 10/2011 and global food safety compliance.
PTFE remains dimensionally stable from –200°C to +260°C, easily handling steam sterilisation, thermal cycling and demanding process conditions.
